A Semi turned over on the highway caused a slight delay in my arrival. Thankfully Ricky Bobby took over the warm-up and got the beatdown started. Thanks Ricky Bobby.
Work-Out – BRING A BLOCK
Basic format is an EMOM
Round 1 – every 2 minutes and do 2 Manmakers or 2 Burpees, depends on whether or not you are doing a block movement or non-block movement.
20 uneven merkins – 10 on each side – block
20 crunchy frogs
20 goblet squats – block
20 SSH
20 curls – block
20 crunches
20 second Al Gore – block
Mozie to the cone and back
Repeato for 12 minutes
Round 2 – every 2 minutes and do 2 Thrusters or 2 Mike Tysons, depends on whether or not you are doing a block movement or non-block movement.
20 decline merkins – block
20 plank jacks
20 jump squats
20 pickle pounders
20 bent over rows – block
20 American Hammers – 2 is 1 – block
20 lunges – 2 is 1
Mozie down to the cone and back
Repeato for 12 minutes
