    Workout
    Set Up the Molkky blocks. Chalk for individual score keeping

    Game play
    Players take turns throwing the mölkky at the pins, which are 3.5 meters away. The first player throws underhand, and the pins are set back up where they landed.

    Scoring
    Knocking over one pin scores the number on the pin, and knocking over two or more pins scores the number of pins knocked over.

    Pins
    A pin is only knocked down if it falls entirely to the ground. A pin is not considered knocked down if it is leaning on another pin or the throwing skittle. If a pin is knocked outside of the playing field, stand it up again within the playing field.

    Game ends
    The first player to reach 50 points wins, but if they score over 50, their score is lowered to 20

    For each round someone (in rotation) gets to throw the molkky (11.5 feet)

    Subtract your score from 30 (changed to 20 after round 2)and that’s how many reps of the exercise of the round you do.

    Catalina Wine Mixer Starting in plank position, go down onto each arm into a low plank. Last arm down becomes the first one to go back up into a plank. Then do a merkin. That’s 1. For extra pain start the plank with hands on a bench or low wall.

    “Crucible plank” Low Plank Leg Lift from a low plank lift one foot straight up as high as you can when it returns to the ground lift the other that’s 1.

    Crucible Merkin Start in a wide merkin stance with hands much further out than shoulder-width. Rotate hands 90 degrees outward until they are facing away from the body. Perform a merkin.

    Situation Squat

    Cross Body Merkins in the up position stretch your right leg under your left as far as you can down up, switch legs 1:1

    Side squats

    Mtn Climber 4:1

    Pretzel Crunch. On your six. Right ankle over the left knee, bring your left elbow to your right knee. Switch. Aka the oblique crunch if you take the right foot and put that on the ground.

    Repeat rounds, continue playing until time, Bull won after approx 12 round.
