Nothing fancy here. Interval training workout. 40 seconds on and 20 off. 2 rounds of three different exercises (e.g merkins, squats, flutter kicks). After 2 rounds, there was a sprint to the end of the parking lot and back. Repeato 4 times with three different exercises each set.
