Q explained the workout, we had 5 stations: station 1 = 5 reps, station 2 = 10 reps, etc.
We needed to finish a station, run an entire lap and advance to the next station. At each station exercises were posted. Between round 1 and 2 backyard lunge out and jog back, between round 2 and 3 twist lunge out and jog back. Exercises listed below. About ½ through Brian Savage (unknown to PAX) pulled up and the Q EHed him. He continued through to the end and says this will be a regular routine from here on out.
