    Mathew Correia says:

    AO – Cherry Street Mission
    QIC – Cobra Commander
PAX – Dauber, Brita, 5.0, Rocketman, Poodle, Patch, Bob Vance, Tupac, Mayor, Romano and Nougat,, almost a Tay Tay. We started at 5:30 with the core principles and did 15 SSH..
Today’s beatdown 4 Stations set up 20 reps of each Movement in order were 1) Chest (Merkins, Burpees and Diamond Merkins), 2) ABS ( Big boys, Reverse and regular crunches,60 sec plank) 3) Legs (Squats, LT Dans, Jungle Boy Squats) 4) MIX (Mt Climbers 2 is 1, Windshield wipers 2 is 1 and lunges 2 is 1). Each team consisting of 3 members did all 3 exercises together then Ran to the end of the parking lot, doubled back. Went back to pick up 6 if they completed early.
    COT
Patch was the 6, words of encouragement from him, missed out on moon tower the day before, Fart sacked so he did not want to miss out today, spoke about accountability to him through F3 and the impact it has on him.
I (Cobra commander) also said a few words to close out, was challenged by Prestige World Wide the night before to step outside my comfort zone to share a little of my struggles.
Growing up in India there is a societal cast system that has one boxes and told that you cant do better than that, that is your place in life (hierarchy) and you wont amount to anything. Your defined by that and expected to settle in that spot. By there is freedom from all of that in Christ, your identity is established by him and by his Grace we are a new creation, our bondage is no longer. what we do, what we have accomplished how people and society sees us from the outside does not define who we are. my identity is in Christ.
prayer request: People to see what is good and evil and to choose good. Also Pax members that are struggling physically and hurting.
