After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.
COT, COR and NOR.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for our troops, first responders and those dealing with anxiety and/or depression.
Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!
THE THANG:
Guys paired up and each team started at the 50 yard line. They start with 5 bropees and then each would run in opposite directions. At each of these yard lines, they did the number of reps with these exercises:
40 yard lines – merkins/squats
Run back to the 50 and do 5 bropees
30 yard lines – American hammers (2 is 1)/crunchy frogs
Run back to the 50 and do 5 bropees
20 yard lines – big boys/lunges (2 is 1)
Run back to the 50 and do 5 bropees
10 yard lines – inchworms/absolutions
Run back to the 50 and do 5 bropees
Goalines – 30 second plank (both sides)
Run back to the 50 and do 5 bropees
Once completing the first circuit, the team switched which direction they started so everyone completed all of the exercises.
At the end, we started on one goal line and did each exercise as we came to the cone and either bear crawled or lunge-walked between each cone.
