    The Thang:

    We warmed up with a run around the field 2x. We lined up on the goal line, we began with Round 1. Completed Round 1 then sprinted to the 50 yard line. We all got on our six and proceeded to pass cinder blocks and a sandbag along the line while keeping our feet up. We went down then back with the blocks 2x. We sprinted back to the starting endzone, this completes 1 Round.

    1st Round: 10 Lieutenant Dans
    2nd Round: 20 Merkins
    3rd Round: 10 Burpees
    4th Round: 10 Donkey Kicks
    5th Round: 20 Squats
    6th Round: 20 Klinger Kicks (4 is 1)
    7th Round: 20 Sit Ups
    8th Round: 10 Burpees
    9th Round: 20 Side Saddle Hops (4 is 1)
    10th Round: 20 American Hammers (4 is 1)

    Next we set up the two cinder blocks on a row. While 1 Pax did a push up on either side of the blocks crawling with his hands across the blocks, the other Pax stayed in low squat. We rotated through everyone then did 2 cool down laps around the field.
