The Thang:

Warm up-Arm stretches, leg stretches, SSH, Phelps,
Lap around the building;
Off to the bleachers where the Pax would plank while 1 ran up the stairs, at the bottom would perform 10 decline merkins, back up next set and perform 10 dips at the bottom, back up next set and perform 10 incline merkins at the bottom; each pax went through twice
-Burpee broad jump to 10 yard cone; 10 Jack Webbs; burpee broad jump back
-bear crawl to 20; 20 Mike Tyson’s; bear crawl back
-High knees to 30; 30 American Hammers; high knees back
-backward jog to 40; 40 SSH, backward jog back
-sprint to 50; 50 LBC
-Sprint 100; jog back
(Repeated the above)
Finished with F3 Rock, paper, scissors
Q had grand plans of using the football field today for the beatdown but was thwarted when it was discovered it was a sheet of ice. The PAX were flexible and allowed for adjustments. PAX also were able to piece together the story of the mysterious motorcycle that circle’s the AO!
