We partnered up for the beat down
8 Large cones with various exercises on each cone. After completing the exercise on the large cone, there was a small cone underneath the large cone. Surprise laps around the football field were on the small cone. Surprise laps ranged from 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 laps around the football field.
Large Cone Exercise
1. 200 Yard Partner Carry
2. 200 Squats
3. 200 Yard Partner Carry
4. 100 Big Boy Sit-ups
5. 40 Merkins
6. 100 flutter kicks – 4 is 1
7. 200 Yard TD pass. 10 yard pass and drop it – 10 burpees, 40 yard pass and drop it – 40 burpees. Complete the pass – nothing.
8. 100 American Hammers – 2 is 1
