Dr. Nick fartsacked leaving only 3 PAX HC’d. It was looking like all Hope was lost until Romano HC’d in the final hour and Scrooge and Bluto showed up without HCing…classy.
We started off with the principles and then moseyed to the field. We completed the following:
Start at goal Line: 10 Merkins
Bear Crawl to 20 yard line: 20 Flutter Kicks (4 is 1)
Bear Crawl to 40 yard line: 40 Squats
Bear Crawl to 40 yard line: 40 Sit ups
Bear Crawl to 20 yard line: 20 Mountain Climbers
Bear Crawl to goal line: 10 Burpees or 20 Lt Dans.
