Intro: Great morning. Field was closed so we improvised and set up camp on the parking lot. Slick surface which made bear crawls even more challenging. Glad to lead these four doers out in the muck and grime. Great day ahead!
Pax: Gap, JD, beeker, Pixar, Tupac
Warm up:
Side straddle
Imperial walkers
Butt kickers
High knees
Duck walks
Side shuffles
Summer salt and go
The thang:
*Run 15 yards and incremental pushups starting at 2, 4 6 8 then back down to 6, 4, 2 to each cone (100 yards)
Get down to end of field hold plank until everyone gets there. Group jogs back as a unit.
*Lunge 15 yards and plank jacks (add shoulder tap for more challenging)
*Bear crawl 15 yards and squat (same reps as above)
