Bootcamp Style Workout. Park in the parking lot behind the school.

    Light stretching in the parking lot – beautiful morning
    Run over to the stands and do 30 dips, 30 leg-ups each leg, 30 incline merkins, 30 decline merkins

    Workout
    Round 1 – 20 of each exercise, jog to the 50 yard line, 20 more of the same exercise, jog back to the beginning. Then start the next exercise. Repeato until you are done.
    T-bone Merkins
    Horsey-Ups
    Klinger Kicks – 2 = 1
    Inchworms
    Mountain Climbers – 2 = 1
    American Hammers – 2 = 1
    Air Presses – 2 = 1
    Apollo Ohnos – 2 = 1
    Imperial Squats Walkers – 2 = 1

    Finished with some light 50 yard jogs and one final sprint.
