“It’s all fun and games at the Dawg House”

The weather was favorable, yet muggy.
First, we circled up and stretched out while the five core principles of F3 were noted
The group then migrated to the front of the Dawg House to begin.
THE FUN
Starting at the bell in front of the Dawg House in a rotating fashion, one PAX ran the sidewalk down to Collingwood, along Collingwood, and back up to the bell. Meanwhile, the remaining PAX did one exercise called out by one PAX until the runner made it back to the group. Once the runner made it back, another PAX made the loop while another PAX called out the next exercise. Everyone had the opportunity to run twice around the loop as well as call out two different exercise.
Next, we had to mossey to the back of the Dawg House. With about 10 minutes to spare, we split into two groups and completed two rounds of stair bear crawls up and down the stairs.
We then circled up for Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, and Prayer Intentions.
Prayers for Mr. Brady’s mother in law and Dauber’s students, one of which is nearly homeless, but still chugging along at school. We discussed leadership, Elon Musk, and the concept of delegation.
