It was cold, but 40 degrees warmer than our coldest day last year… just the same, we started moving right away and never stopped.

    THE THANG:
    Mission
    5 Principles
    Disclaimer

We started with a little follow the leader around the parking lot mixing up some light yogging, carioca, back pedal, etc. to get the blood flowing and loosen up.

This is a great AO- lots of areas that can be used. We chose the stairs today. There are two stairways (about 8 steps high) which ascend away from each other and plateau into a sort of landing area. This is where the work took place.

3 pax start on one landing and 3 pax start on the other. Run down the stairs and about 15 yards, then up the other set of stairs where you will then perform 6 reps (the number of pax posting that day) of the exercise chosen by the Q. Do this for 2 minutes. After two minutes of that, you run a recovery lap around the parking lot to complete that set… then repeato. After doing the second set of that exercise and a second recovery lap, move onto the next exercise using the same format.

    • Hand Release Merkins
    • Burpee
    • 3 point Mountain Climber- bring your knee to outside, middle and inside then switch. That is 1.
    • Horsey Ups
    • Donkey Kicks

    Core in cadence
    • Flutter Kicks x20
    • Straight leg BBS x20

    Count-O-Rama: 6
Name-O-Rama: Rocco, Gap, Dauber, Usain, Wolfgang and Kitty as the Q.
Know the 6: Dauber was eloquent as usual and poignantly reminded us to maintain perspective on life. His message was spot on.
Announcements: The Frog- get after it!
Intentions and BOM led by Kitty: Follow Dauber’s lead. Hug someone you love today.

    Thank you.
