Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    The 6 – Leave no Man Behind But Leave No Man Where You Find Him
    Circle the 6
    6 Pax are in center of circle surrounded by remaining PAX. 6 Cinder Blocks in Middle
    Round 1.) Outer Circle Bear Crawls until inner 6 complete a combined 300 set of Derkins on Cinder Block
    New 6 PAX Enter Middle – Repeato until all PAX get a round in the middle (last round had 3 pax so count was 150 combined reps)
    Round 2.) Outer Circle Bear Crawls until inner 6 complete a combined set of 300 Curls.
    New 6 PAX Enter Middle – Repeato until all PAX get a round in the middle (last round had 3 pax so count was 150 combined reps)
    Round 2.) Outer Circle Bear Crawls until inner 6 complete a combined 150 set of Squat Thrusters
    New 6 PAX Enter Middle – Repeato until all PAX get a round in the middle (last round had 3 pax so count was 75 combined reps)

    Pick Up the Six
    Pax 1 stays at cone 1 while remainder run to next cone. Pax 1 performs exercise until rest of group makes it to next cone. At next cone the full group performs exercise and PAX 1 runs to catch up with group. Group ends exercise once PAX 1 arrives.
    Each PAX that was left as the 6 was encouraged to think of a time in their life, whether it was at work, home, internal, etc, that they felt like they were “the 6” and needed help or reflection to find a way to improve. Once the PAX rejoined the group they could choose share that struggle or how the methods they used to improve their situation.

    Geppetto and YHC had no idea how the sharing would work, but in no particular order here are some of the topics that the PAX shared, often with personal anecdotes accompanying each story. The PAX made this workout way more pwerful they we could have imagined.
    -Slow to Anger
    -Be the person you are, not who you think others want you to be. F3 is closest they ever felt comfortable to being their true self and being liked for it
    -Patients especially with parents who are aging and need more help
    -Accepting Criticism especially from Spouse
    -Overcoming the loss of a parent
    -Form Shiledlock and Whetstone with fellow PAX

    Powerful stuff from a powerful group of men.

    Finished up with a few more cadence reps
    -Never Surrender
    -Prayer Squats

    COR, NOR, Fossil was the 6. Prayers for each other to accept the times when we are the 6 and seek our brothers when needed. Prayers for the new daddy Van Gogh, Prayers for health through the end of the winter season and those battling Corona Virus in Asia.

    Was a deep honor and pleasure to create this concept of a workout with Geppetto. I encourage all PAX to seek out a fellow F3 brother and build a workout with him. It take a little more time and effort to coordinate things, but the results are always better.
