Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    PAX: Huffy, Chanel, Sipe, Smails, Nails, Houdini, Sideshow (Q)
    ROUTINE 1:
    Mosey down to library parking lot. Grab a park bench and do the following:
    – Decline Merkin x 20
    – Dips x 20
    – Hip Thruster x 20
    – Hip Thruster Left Leg x 10
    – Hip Thruster Right Leg x 10
    – Repeato 2x
    Mosey back to Flag.
    ROUTINE 2:
    Traverse back and forth 40 yards with weights in hand doing an exercise at each side. 1 -10 count of American hammer with weight on side 1, 10-1 count of Burpee with weights on side 2. Total count always = 11.
    Wrap up with cadence exercises: Squats x 15, Flutter Kicks x 22

    Prayer Intention: Huffy’s Friend Jube struggling with COVID, Nails has two co-workers dealing with health issues. For all dealing with COVID, isolated in quarantine many of our fellow PAX, strength and patience to overcome and heal.
