Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Today is Father’s Day and we had 16 pax’s post: Hedgehog, Mayor, Prestige Worldwide, Pinewood, Sleeves, Pele, Karesh, Cobra Commander, All In, FNG = Atari, Shell, Sideshow, Kasem, Tupac, Wallee (birthday today), and Sipe.

    Warm up: Ssh and windmills

    Move to tennis courts
    One person did suicides while the other person did 25 merkins and 25 big boy sit ups Switch.

    All did diamond merkins in cadence

    One person did suicides while the other person did 25 hand release merkins and 25 squats. Switch.

    All did low diamond hold in cadence.

    One person did suicides while the other person did 25 merkins and 25 heels to heaven. Switch.

    All did down on three up on one merkins in cadence.

    Next we did sprints in two groups from one end of the court to the other.

    These were the exercises in between:

    Down on three up on one merkins
    Low diamond hold
    Diamond merkins
    Heels to heaven
    Sit ups with a twist
    Reverse lunges

    We returned to the flag and did one last down on three up on one merkins
    Wallee had us do smurf jacks for his birthday.
