Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Minnie starts out the workout, 10 SSH and 10 windmills in cadence. Split into three teams: Team one at the parking lot, team 2 at the tennis courts, team 3 at the track.
Parking lot workout: 4 merkins 4 is 1, 4 BBS, 4 lunges 2 is 1, 4 burpees, 4 American Hammers 4 is 1, 4 LT Dans, 4 MT Climbers 4 is 1, lap around the rock, each new round add a rep
Tennis courts: Partner up: 100 jump ropes, them partner wheel barrow for three cones, each cone 5 merkins, switch partners, then 7s with burpees and squats, running entire tennis courts
Track: one partner runs 400 while the other partner does 10 Mike Tysons, 15 BBS, 20 Lunges 2 is 1, 15 Cross Knee Mt Climbers, 10 Diamond Merkins then plank jacks and partner burpees.
Each team completed each station for 13 minutes.
COT: Ollie lead in prayers, Brute covered 4 yr stats and amazing growth for F3 Toledo. Thanks of gratitude for Colonel and all his hard work, #nofizzle
