Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Started with the 5 core principles, had a lot of running to get to so mosey’d over to the track. Counted off by 1s and 2s, then explained the thang.

    There were 4 exercises to be done at each corner of the track, first round was 5 reps of each exercise at each station. Then laddered up to 10, then 15, then 15, then 10, then 5. Got around the track 6 times and had a great sweat.

    Ended with the COT and NOR, Drago was the 6 and spoke of the group welcoming him even though he’s “significantly younger” than us.

    Extra extra, Ozzie, Mulcahy, Nails, Tupac, Drago, Leap, Casem, Klinger, Speedo, Sipe, Tidwell.
