Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Each Member of PAX ran 100 yards while the remainder of the PAX did an exercise.
Did Indian run with lead guy holding cinder block overhead
Repeato but instead of run, each guy did 25 yard bear crawl while everyone else did exercise
Then we golfed…throw frisbee as far as you can then the next guys tries to hit golf ball to frisbee with least number of strokes. PAX did 20 Big Biys after golfer hit. Once he made it to the hole everyone did Burpees for each stroke. So if it took five strokes to get to frisbee, everyone did 5 burpees.
Tanner was the six in the COT.
