Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    We had 4 stations set up around the track. Each station focused on one part of the body. After we completed the 4 groups if exercises we would cool down with a lap around the track.

    Cot: rubbles sister in law about to have a kid soon. As well as the McCoy family.
