Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.

    Warmup – Moseyed to the Southview practice field

    The Thang –

    Football. A good game of 4 on 4 with teams playing hard but smart. Although the ground was damp and the football hard to grasp, teams were able to perform well while getting good cardio in.

    COT- Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. Prayer for Nail’s son going in for tonsil removal and those PAX currently on the mend.
