Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Four pax’s came out this AM to lift.
Gap, Mayor, Tupac, and Sipe.
We did the following with each person choosing his own various weights:
Three sets each:
Wide curls
Half way up curls
Half way down curls
Stiff leg dead lifts
Chest press
Flys
Hammer curls
Weighted sit ups
