Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

PAX (7): Hamm, Ollie, Gadget, Mater, Mayor, Mulcahy, Trojan (Q)
Warmup: Indian run around the school to warm up the legs for a run-heavy beatdown.
Thang:
1) Pax lined up on the tennis courts with a marked area of roughly the width of two courts. Pax moseyed from end to end as the Q called out various PT or modes of travel (i.e., walking lunge, bear crawl). Goal was continuous movement. If you weren’t doing PT, you were either jogging, sprinting, lunging, crawling, etc. Pax toughed this out for a full 20 minutes.
2) Jack Webb with Heels to Heaven on one end and Mike Tysons on the other. 7 as baseline number (1 H to H…6 Tysons; 2 H to H…5 Tysons, etc.).
3) Wall sit with each man executing 5 Merkins down the line (2 rounds)
COT: Mulcahy was the 6 and spoke of the importance of the fellowship we all share with each other and with God. Prayer intentions for Rubble and Koresh as they continue to heal, as well as for faculty/staff/students in our schools as they begin the new year.
