Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Great day out at the Fuse – where it all started May 13, 2017 and nice to see some faces posting I havent seen in a while – Worm & Android!
The thang:
Track Work:
IC – 10 merkins (20); 10 superman’s (20), 10 klinger kicks (
100m sprint. @ end – 5 bounding frog jumps then mosey to next 100m/straight
8 rounds/4 laps with exercises at start of each run.
Mixed in the following:
IC – 7 hand release burpees; 7 windshield wipers – hit each side for 1, Random mix of Klinger Kicks, Hello Dollies times 20… Did these 4 times
200m sprint with mosey to next 200 start with PT IC before start.
Wanted to do 2-3 laps but time permitting only did 1 lap of 2-200’s and we did not get to the 400….
Solid work by all. B/w mosey-ing to the track and back plus the sprints we got in just under 2 miles with some good PT and we ended with 10 IC burpees back at the flag.
Worm was the 6 and a damn good one at that – great to have Worm posting!!!
