Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

7 Stations, 7 Exercises, 7 Reps, 7 Rotations
Seven cones were placed 20 yards apart from each other
PAX run to first cone and do 7 reps of the exercise, then continue to each cone and do 7 reps of the same exercise. When finished, leave no behind, i.e. pick up the 6. Saw lots of great examples of the credo in action this morning.
Prior to each rotation, one of the 7 vices was discussed as well as its corresponding virtue.
Rotation 1: Pride & Humility – Merkins
Rotation 2: Greed & Charity – Big Boy Sit Ups
Rotation 3: Lust & Chastity – Squats
Rotation 4: Envy & Gratitude – Burpees
Rotation 5: Gluttony & Temperance – LBC’s
Rotation 6: Wrath & Patience – Lunges (2:1)
Rotation 7: Sloth & Diligence – Flutter Kicks (2:1)
