Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Two lines, lap around SV Campus
Partner up teams of three:
One team member planked, one ran a 5-cone suicide, (70 total yards of running) final partner performed an exercise. Runner rotated to the one planking the one planking went to exercise and the one exercising ran.
Each team had to complete 50 burpees, 75 Carolina Dry Docks, 100 BBS, 125 Klinger Kicks 2 is 1, 150 squats, 175 Merkins, 200 SSH 4 is 1, 225 Mike Tysons
Everyone got in 1.5 miles of running and most teams did not finish 225 Mike Tysons.

COT: Prayers of thanksgiving, gratitude, those that have lost loved ones, Hamsters Family and Jim Harbaugh, God hears all prayers! Go BLUE!
