Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Everything is multiples of 19 to celebrate Jack’s birthday.

19 of each of the following exercises. We’ll do these together. Someone different can call out the cadence.
it rained so we ended up doing variety of exercises between races they included – merkins, imperial walkers, plank, speed skaters, etc.
Split the Group up into even teams of 3 – 4.
Relay Races between sets – put cones down in the parking lot. Winning team gets to choose a prize – an exercise for everyone to do! Only rule, set of 19!
Race 1 – Bear Crawl Relay – do lunges while waiting
Race 2 – Frogger Relay – squars while waiting
Race 3 – Crab Walk – plank while waiting
Race 4 – Karaoke – air presses while waiting
Race 5 – Team Lunge – arm in arm
Winning team picks an exercise to do 19 of. Exercises that I remember were picked were monkey humpers, merkins, burpees, slo-mo and merkins
Do another set of random exercises
Then another race. Repeato until the time is done.
