Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Five Core Principles
    Warmed up with 15 SSH and 10 Windmills and 10 Butpees in cadence
    Lined up on one end of parking lot…
    Throw frisbee as far as you can toward the other end of parking lot
    Run to where it lands, do 5 burpees
    Continue until you get to other end. Skip Burpees on the last throw that takes you beyond the other end. Then turn around and come back.
    Repeato with football and 10 4 ct merkins
    Repeato with frisbee and 15 LBC’s
    Repeato with football and supermans
    Repeato with frisbee and Burpees
    Circle of pain each member of PAX led cadence of their favorite exercise
    COT with Mater sharing as the six and Mayor ending with prayer.
