Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Today was the definition of Miscellaneous, which just happened to be the title of my workout. It was a nice warm 25 degrees outside, with some snow on the ground and wind-chill that made it feel like about 12 degrees. So my plans got modified quite extensively to keep everyone warm, dry and out of the wind as much as possible. So if you are reading this backblast for workout ideas, move on, this was truly miscellaneous.
We did random amounts of the following exercises with random amounts of mozieng around the building. Merkins, squats, lunges, bear crawl, wall sits, wall walking, overhead presses with 2 random blocks, block pull through, big boy sit ups, burpees, LBC’s and more exercises that I can’t remember. In a hurry to post this and go on Spring Break.
