Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Cool 41 F west wind over 5 not gusting past 8.
    Tired of salt and rocks after 50 SSH’s and 20 Windmills the work took place on the tennis courts. Suicides the far line of each of the 5 courts x 5 high plank for the 6 after each 60% pace and push the last one. Active rest 50 LBC’s next walking lunges across two courts stopping at the lines for 5 burpees. = 20 burpees per round x 5 high plank for the 6 after each round. Some groaning comments not sure who, I was super happy the tennis court is way nicer than the parking lot! ✅ and 50 LBC’s . Triple merkin inch worms across two courts and back plank for the 6 and 50 more LBC’s. 10 minutes to go to the parking lot grab your block 5 man makers run to the second light and back x 5 6:44 circle prayer and off to 2nd f and or breakfast.
