Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

1. Shouders: 20 – Mountain Climbers, 20- T-Merkins, 20- Mike Tysons
To the track with Block
10 – Manmaker; run 25 meters, 10- Burpee, run 25 meters back to block
Same routine but substitute the following exercises:
Curls/Carolina DD
Overhead Press/Wide Merkin
Thrusters/Jump Squats
Klinger Kick/American Hammers
Kettle Bell Swings/ Merkins
10- Kraken Burpees
