Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Brute’s calendar invite said rinse and repeat as the title so we did a little of that.

    3 times:
    Bear Crawl 10 yds x 3 with 5 mike tysons at each 10 yd marker with final bear crawl being 20 yds. Bear crawl back.

    Started with Core:
    IC – Klinger Kicks x 20 then run 50 yds down repeato then back.
    Add American Hammers + Klinger Kicks IC x 20 down and back
    Add Hello Dolly’s + AH’s + KK’s x 20 all IC down and back
    Add Merkins x20 IC + above down and back
    Add Drop squats x20 IC + all above at both ends down and back then we worked our way down the ladder back to just Klinger Kicks taking an exercise away each time
    Finished with one final bear crawl like we started – rinse/repeat.

    Circle up and 10 Burpees IC.

    Oz was the 6, Solid work by all 11 pax and thankful to post and honor to lead.
