Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Had 8 total 4 v 4
    Dabaugh run, Indian run with football 1 mile run, ball starts up front handoff to person behind you until last person that person runs to front = 1 point, repeat until finished with mile
    BD ladder 100 yards
    Start 5 man makers/rifle carry 20 yds
    5 squats/rifle carry 20 yrds
    5 squat thrusters/rifle carry 10yrds
    5 block swings/ leave block broad jump 10yrds
    5 merkin hops/bear crawl 15yrds
    5 jump squats/bunny hop 10yrds
    5 vups/broad jump10yds
    5 Lt dans/bear crawl10yds
    5 burpees / repeato for 20 min
    Each completion = 1 pt
    Finished with tug a war best of 3 michigan pax took 2 and won competition 21-9
