Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Jon Komperda (Boo Boo) says:

    “Use the Fuse”
PAX: Gas man, Mayor, Bull, Klinger, Cogsworth, Kasem, Smails, Scrooge, Boo Boo

The goal was to really use a lot of the ORIGINAL AO.

    Parking Lot
    (In cadence)
    SSH
    Windmills
    Downward Dog Leg Extensions
    Burpees

    Track
1 lap, at the midpoints of the straights and the goalposts:
    20 Squats
    20 Merkins
    20 SSH

Bleachers (icy, definitely a foolish decision but hey, no one died)
Lined up from bottom to top, bottom man Rifle carried 35lb coupon up the bleachers, then passed it down through the pax. During this time, pax not handling the coupon were doing squats, air presses, or cal raises.
Thankfully, no one was injured on the slippery bleachers.

    Tennis Courts
    “Suicides” with a twist.
At the far line of each court, Merkins.
3 on the end of the first court, back. 3 big bois at the starting line.
Next, 3 Merkins at first court, 6 Merkins at second, back for 6 big bois.
Next, 3 Merkins at first court, 6 at second, 9 at third, back for 9 big bois.
So on for 5 courts. (Means 45 total Merkins were done on the last suicide.)

Finished in the CoT with 5 Burpees in cadence.

Announcements: Mayor passed the shovel flag to yours truly after three years of faithfully stewarding The Fuse. It’s an honor and a privilege to lead and serve.
