Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

THIRD
Weather: Overcast ( I thinking) with temperatures in the high 20’s
PAX: Dirty, Kasem, Speedo, Gap, Sipe, Drago (6), Dr. Nick, Colonel, Mayor, Belding, Ozzie, Tupac, Houdini, Boo Boo, Hedgehog, Pinewood (Q).
Circled up at 0630 for the 5CPs, Credo and Mission of F3. Warmed up with SSH and Merkins before moseying to the track. On the track PAX lined up and noted who was in front of them. This was to get the first “third” person and to note who they would be passing the “third” off to.
THE THING:
PAX started at any station on the track. Completed the exercises listed and then run to the next. Repeat until time. While PAX are going between stations, the “third” does 23 burpees and once completed they run to pass the HIM that was in front of them in the line to pass the “third” to. That HIM now stops what they are doing, does 23 burpess and then passes the “third” on.
4 stations evenly spaced, 37 of each exercise
Station 1 and 3: Crunch Frog, LBC, Squat Jack, Diamond Merkins
Station 2 and 4: Heels to Heaven, BBSU, Jump squats, Carolina Dry Docks
At the end moseyed back to the flag to celebrate Sipe’s birthday with 52 merkins. Circled up around 0610 for CoR, NoR and the 6. Drago came in to the 6 with a solid message on how glad he was to be able to get up and out in the gloom with Ozzie. Following the 6 PAX was read a list of life advice to think about. Every day is not guaranteed for us or anybody we love – embrace each moment and make sure those we love know it.
