Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    We did a mini band workout 20×2 reps for each leg in all three directions and 20×2 reps for each arm with various motion.

    The Thang
    Broke up into two teams and had a prefilled out whiteboard with Offensive Line, Defensive Line, Quarterback, Linebacker each with their respective 3 exercises

    We threw darts at a board for each rep of exercise. We are going to do to include Merkins squats, Burpee’s, and others team that threw the lowest amount of darts had to do five extra Burpee’s each round.
    Michigan had more total reps than TCU
    Ohio State had more total reps that UGA
