Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Thank you to the nine HIMs that joined me Saturday morning for a workout at the Fuse. These nine members included Tupac, Mayor, Stamper, Boo-boo, Ollie, Ozzie, Colonel, Trinity, and yours truly Cogsworth. We started by mentioning the five core principles. We began warming up by running around the high school. A template of different exercises was provided, which depending on the roll of dice, that exercise was done. After each exercise, suicide runs we’re done in the parking backwards. After thirty five minutes of non stop moving, lower body stretches were completed. We concluded with the sixth, and COT.
