Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    3-Stair Runs
    10-Bulgarian Squats
    (Repeat 2x)

    Station 3 Flag
    12-Big Boy Situps
    21-Mt. Climbers (2 is 1)
    11-Klinger Kicks (2 is 1)
    (Repeat 3x)

    Station 4 Rock
    9-Jack Webbs
    9-Lunges (1 is 1)
    8-Carolina Dry Docks
    (Repeat 4x)

    Each team started at their respective station and ran after completing each station. Each team was able to complete all four stations and started on second round before time ran out.

    COT: Thankful for troops and first responders, prayers for those suffering with illness, their families and loved ones, and becoming better men of the community
