Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    There is no better way to start a nice and chilly morning in the Fall than at the fuse. After a quick discussion on the principles and a mumblechatter about me not being too excited we headed to the track.
    Warm up: Half mile run to get everyone warmed up
    At the corners
    1 Plank Jack
    1 Jack Webb
    1 Imperial Walker
    1 Jump Squat
    Run to the next corner or roughly 100 meters backwards on the straight aways normal on the corners adding a rep each round.
    YHC wasn’t sure on time so we went up to 9 and worked our way back down but then realizing we had some time did a round of 10 and a round of 9 to make sure we didn’t miss out on anything.
    A great morning and a great opportunity to lead.
