Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.
started with an overview of 5 core principles and explanation of the workout. A complex is a series of movements (with a coupon) done in succession with little break in between and no setting the coupon down. We would do 6 total rounds of the complex. 8 movements per set, 8 reps per move. The exercises were: Thrusters, incline merkin, rear lunge, bent over row, blockee, swings, squat, overhead press. In between each round we ran 50 yards down and 50 back.
Between sets 4 and 5 we did some timed finess test. 2 minute plank hold, 1 min max reps big boys and merkins and 30 second balance
Ended in COT. count was 20.
