Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Army – Navy Rivalry -12/14/19
    PAX (17)- Ticket, Sipe, Jeter, Danica, Colonel, Brita, Mickey, Mayor, Trinity, Cogsworth, Rubble, Ollie, Mary Lou, Goose, Bagels, Klinger, Oz
    – 5 core principles
    Teams Divided into two groups:
    1) Army
    2) Navy

    One point awarded for top combined score for each event
    1) 2 minute timed Merkins – proctor from other team – Navy Wins

    2) 2 minute timed Big Boy Sit-Ups- proctor from other team- Army Wins
    Mosey to Track

    3) Burpee Mile – 5 Burpees, One Lap, 5 Burpees, One Lap, 5 Burpees, One Lap, 5 Burpees, One Lap – Army Wins
    Mosey to Football Band Field
    4) Corner Loop Race – perimeter of field – Rotate 10 merkins / 10 squats at each cone – Navy Wins

    Navy wins overall 4-3 on trivia question tie-breaker answered by the Colonel.
