Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Covered 5 Core Principles
    Indian Run around school stop at band practice field

    Started with 21s across the width of the field. Merkens and Squats. Planks on goal line with completed.

    Next run ten yards and compete 21 side straddle hops. Run down entire field stopping every ten yards.

    Partner up and wheel barrow down stopping every ten yards. Person being the wheel barrow competes 5 merkens. Rotate with your partner every ten yards.

    Back to starting goal line. Jack Webbs. Starting with 5 merkens work down to 1 and then ladder back up to 5. 1 to 4 ratio in merkens to shoulder press.

    Backwards run (100 yards) the job back to flag for COT.

    COT. Toy drive final days. Winter challenge sign up. Cherry street tomorrow. Prayers for our troops and their families, Jobu, Beakers son, those struggling with disease and cancer. Remembering the importance of Christmas and the birth of our Savior.

    PAX. Cogsworth, Colonel, Klinger, Brita, Sipe, Goose, Trojan, Nails, Danica, Simmons, Speedo, Splinter, Tidwell, Brute.
