Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

BB – first started off with 5 core principals. The name of work out was “We will make it to 2020” the goal was with your partner, to do 2020 reps of multiple exercises. I am sad to say that we only made it through the 10 stations once. However, a good beatdown either way.
started the 2020 off with 20 SSH in cadence.
Then partnered up did 100 reps (cumulative) of a certain exercise at 10 different stations. After each 100 we ran a lap from the parking lot to the flags in front of the school. Then on to the next station. the different stations were:
    100 MT Climbers (2 is 1)
    100 Merkins
    100 Curls with cinder block
    100 Carolina dry docks
    100 Dips off the curb
    100 Derkins
    100 BB sit ups
    100 Lt. Dans
    100 Jump squats
    100 Plank jacks

After time was up we ended in the COT and did NOR. Brita was the six and spoke of how he is trying to be more accepting and non judgmental of people he would normally be in the past. F3 allows him the opportunity to do that and also motivates him to be a better man in this regard.
