The Q:

Southview High School

boot camp, Sylvania

Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    1. Welcome

YHC wanted to impress the importance of proper form with each exercise, thus the reason for calling it ‘Be Honest With Yourself.’ Prior to each rotation, demonstration was given as to the proper form, as well as the ways of improper form YHC has seen.
The Truth: 7 stations, 7 reps at each station, 7 rotations through each station

-BOM: YHC led the PAX and read the following poem:

    The Power of “I”
I am only one, but I am one.
I cannot do everything, but I can do something.
And what I can do, I ought to do.
And what I ought to do, by the grace of God, I will do.
I will do more than belong…I will participate.
I will do more than care…I will help.
I will do more than believe…I will practice.
I will do more than be fair…I will be kind.
I will do more than dream…I will work.
I will do more than teach…I will inspire.
I will do more than earn…I will enrich.
I will do more than give…I will serve.
I will do more than live…I will grow.
I will do more than talk…I will act.
I will be more than good…I will be good for something.
