Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Joe LeBlanc says:

    Scrooge and Splinter Co-Q
    Site – Fuse
QIC – Splinter (Scrooge sat this one out and was resting an injury)
PAX – Danica, Goose, Bullock, Speedo, Colonel, Cogsworth, Mailman, Ozzie, Tupac, Ollie, Yosemite, Tucky, Mater, Splinter

The conditions were less than ideal on one of the first cold winter mornings of 2020. The good Lord had blessed us with 5 inches of snow and on route to the site, it was starting to rain heavily.

    Warm Up
    SSH x 20 IC
    Windmills x 15 IC
Lap around Flag Pole and back to circle.

    The Thang:
    3 Rounds – 7 Minutes
    45 seconds on
    15 off
    Half-burpee
-Push-Up bring feet in, stay bent over
    Plank Alternating Toe Taps
-Elbow Plank, Lift leg straight up tap outside, lift leg high and back in
    Side Plank
    Side Plank other side
    Stump Huggers
-Focusing on not moving body too much.
    Butt Kicks
    —Bounce and hit heals
    Knee Taps
    Jump Squats

We ran a lap after each round to break it up a little bit.

Cogsworth was the six and spoke about being intentional and doing things with purpose. Great words from a HIM.

Thanks for the support today men where we encountered, a fleet of snow plows, tough conditions, and snowballs all around.
