Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

The Thang:
Escalator with suicides across the parking lot with 3 cones after each exercise ending with a backwards sprint
10 lateral jump squats
20 crawl jacks
30 cross mountain climbers
40 surrenders
50 big boy sit-ups
Pax count off by 2s for a cinder block relay
1st person runs down across the parking lot to the first block – presses 5x and brings the block back to the start. Goes and gets the second block – presses 5x and brings it back to the start. Completes 10 burpees and then the next pax goes who returns each block to the respective cones performing the 5 presses at each cone. They return to the start 10 burpees and next pax goes. Cycle through all pax until everyone shares in the excitement.
Finale:
Round 1 – run to first cone, 10 burpees, run to second cone, 10 merkins, run to third cone 10 squats, sprint back to the start
Round 2 – run to first cone, 10 flutter kicks 2 is 1, run to second cone, 10 LBCs, run to third cone 10 crunchy frogs, sprint back to the start
