Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

After a quick warm up the Qs explained the thang for the day.

We did the full ladder but removed a letter each round. We ran 200 meters between sets. We ran from the main Fuse parking lot to the bus garage parking lot. We started with the full ladder, went down to burpees. After that we got in a circle and did a Tabata style (40 seconds on and 20 seconds of rest) “choose your own adventure “
For every minute, we went around the circle and each member of the PAX called out what exercise we had to do. Great variety and allowed everyone to be involved.
Ended with the COT and NOR.
Sipe was the 6, talking of how a experience this past fall with old friends reminded him of how great this group is. His buddies were very negative and felt like all they talked about was negative stuff. Thought how this group is always positive and building each other up. We all want to see each other succeed. Mentioned the 3rd F and thanked Brute and Ollie for doing such a great job with bible study and bringing that part of his life to a new light. Great 6 by Sipe.
