Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Pre-ruck 6-7am getting back in the gloom: 10 pax rucked to Canticle Center and Back – total of 4 miles in 59 mins and 58 seconds. Saw the Mt doom pax twice along the way which was nice to kind of nice.

    Beatdown was non traditional as it was 1st day back. leadership decided to do a PT test of sorts for the beatdown in case of high #’s and breaking up being needed, etc. Mailman had the idea of the following for 2 mins – Merkins, Squats, Big Boys, Klinger Kicks and Mtn Climbers – 3 rounds. then 1 mile timed run. We did 2 mins, 1 min and 1 min then 1 mile

    Great to be back in the gloom officially with the pax on a beautiful Saturday!
