Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Covered 5 Core Principles
    Lap around the campus
    10 side straddle hops, 10 plank toe taps, 10 side straddle hops, 10 plank toe taps (all in cadence)
    Split into two teams for 7’s
    One end Mike Tysons, other end Squats, when finished lap around the campus ( Indian Run)

    Cinder Block Merkins, with Cinder Block Shoulder Press reps of 20, down to 15, down to 10, down to 5, back up to 10, 15 and 20. Both for the merkins and shoulder press. In between each set, 5 LBCs

    Lap around the campus, come back keep same reps, this time big boy sit ups and curls using the cinder blocks, this time after each set, 5 merkins

    Lap around the campus (Indian Run). Finish up with 7’s this time burpees and lunges 2 is 1.

    PAX: Colonel, Klinger, Brita, Pixar, Goose, Ollie, Trojan, Pinewood, Irish Springs, Mater, Danica, Tidwell, Trinity, and Brute
    COT: Thankful for the troops and what this weekend holiday means: prayers for Lucas and Billy Bob
